Quebec gets ice restaurant and stars
A restaurant built of snow and ice is to open in Quebec City. To be launchjed in collaboration with the imposing Chateau Frontenac hotel, it is claimed to be the only such eatery in North America, Seating 52 people, it will be open for three course dinners between 17 January and 15 March. Along with Montreal and the rest of Quebec Province, the city will also be at the heart of a new Michelin guide to be published in 2025.
